Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• You received defective or damaged fabrics'.

• The wrong fabrics' was delivered to you.

• Your order is incomplete or missing items that is fabrics'.

Please Note:

• Refunds are not provided for changes in order preferences, incorrect product selection, or if the products have been used or tampered with.

• All sales of customised or made-to-order fabrics are final and non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item(s) that is fabrics' must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

• A refund request must be made within 24 Hours of receiving the fabrics.

• Proof of purchase (invoice) and photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.

• Refund Process: We appreciate your understanding during the refund process. Once you submit your refund request, our team will take the time to assess it and respond within 2-3 business days. If your request is approved, we’ll move forward swiftly to finalize your refund. Thank you for trusting us.

• Return of Fabrics: Your satisfaction is important to us at Charchit Creation. In the rare instance that you receive a defective or incorrect fabric, please initiate a return with us. Please be aware that return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. We appreciate your understanding as we work to take care of your fabric needs.

• Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference once the fabrics reaches us and inspected by us. The refund will be credited within 6-7 business days after approval.

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Customised or made-to-order fabrics.

• Shortage in meters post cutting of the fabric.

• Difference or variation in colour of the fabric due to different display settings.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, order cancellations are not allowed. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 4-5 business days.
